Corporate Governance

The Directors of Aero Inventory plc recognise the value of the Principles of Good Governance and the Code of Best Practice prepared by the Committee on Corporate Governance chaired by Sir Ronald Hempel ("the Combined Code").

Whilst the company is not formally required to comply with the Combined Code, the Board supports that code and also the "Guidance for Smaller Quoted Companies" provided by the Quoted Companies Alliance ("QCA") insofar as it is practicable and appropriate for a public company of its size.

The Board of Aero Inventory plc has three committees: the Audit Committee; the Remuneration Committee; and the Nominations Committee. The Audit and Remuneration Committees consist of the non-executive directors. The Nominations Committee consists of the non-executive directors, together with the Chief Executive.
