Board Changes
03 July 2007Aero Inventory is pleased to announce the following board appointments which are effective immediately.
Paul Docker, Operations Director of Aero Inventory plc since July 2004, becomes Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will have full responsibility for Aero Inventory's operating activities worldwide, releasing the Chief Executive to focus primarily on the strategic development of the business.
Collin Trupp, Information Director of Aero Inventory plc from April 2005 to October 2006 and subsequently Australasia Director, becomes Business Development Director. He will remain located in Australia and will continue to have overall responsibility for Aero Inventory's key relationship with Qantas.
Tim Davey is appointed IT Director. Mr Davey joined Aero Inventory as Programme Manager in November 2006 and became acting head of IT in April 2007. Previously, Mr Davey had held senior IT positions as a contractor with TUI UK, dreamticket.com, MyTravel/Going Places and BP Exploration/SAIC. Prior to these appointments, he spent 7 years in the Royal Artillery Commandos.
Mr. Davey holds options over 27,026 Ordinary shares of 1.25p in
the Company at an Option Price of 370p exercisable between April
2010 and April 2017.
